    Если поменяют правила, то будет список Запрещённых (а не разрешённых) водоёмов. А решать что попадёт под запрет будет только одна организация - Минпищепрод. Возможно, некоторые рыбаки будут рыдать. Так что расслабьтесь, и ждите изменения в правилах.
