    Почему нет, все есть, все делается, просто это все очень сложно,долго и вообще хотите получить результат, надо платить, а потом самому бегать по испалкомам))), и решать все на местах,потому что федерация занята, тем чтоб в инспекции точно знали как ксиву проверить, действительна она или нет.

    Так некому это делать у БФПС одна проблема как снять больше денег за удостоверение(членские взносы) и больше походу они ничего не хотят делать.
